Lynn Coady is a Canadian novelist, journalist and newly-minted TV writer, originally from Cape Breton Island, NS, now dividing her time between Edmonton and Toronto.
Her collection of short stories Hellgoing won the 2013 Scotiabank Giller Prize. Her 2011 novel, The Antagonist, was shortlisted for the 2011 Giller Prize and published by Alfred A. Knopf in the USA in January, 2013. Her short story "Mr. Hope" will appear in the June 2014 issue of McSweeney's Quarterly.
